Willie G. "Bill" Dvorak Jr., age 70, of West, passed away early Thursday morning, November 28, 2013 at his residence. A rosary will be recited 5:00 p.m. Sunday at the Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Boniface Onjefu. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. Monday at St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption, with Rev. Ed Karasek as celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery. Mr. Dvorak was born March 26, 1943 near West, the son of Emilie (Dirba) and Willie G. Dvorak Sr. He attended school in Ross and also West High School. Bill was a farmer and enjoyed doing small jobs until he retired in 2007. He also worked as a baker for Ole Czech Bakery. Bill was a lifelong member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption in West. He loved gardening and taking care of his dogs. Bill also loved spending time with family, especially his nieces and nephews. Willie is preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Henry Dvorak, John Dvorak and Frank Dvorak; and a sister, Lucille Dudik. Survivors include a brother, Joe Dvorak and wife Elsie; a sister, Agnes Rochen and husband Winslow; a sister-in-law, Dorothy Dvorak; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends. Pallbearers are Mark Dvorak, John Dvorak, Jason Murphy, Emil Joe Dudik, Greg Janke and Marvin Dudik. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption.
