William Supak

William Supak, age 79, of Elm Mott, passed away late Tuesday evening, January 5, 2016 at Baylor Scott & White Hillcrest Hospital in Waco. A rosary will be recited 6:00 p.m. Thursday at the Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel, followed by visitation until 8:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial celebrated 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 8, 2016 at St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption, with Rev. Paul Hudson as celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery. William was born July 20, 1936 in Frenstat, the son of William and Rose (Charanza) Supak. He was a 1956 graduate of Connally High School. On June 18, 1960 he was united in marriage to Minnie "Tommie" Bosley in Waco. Tommie preceded him in death on April 18, 2006. William was a welder for Alamo Steel, Mosley Machine Company and Jewell Concrete. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption. He was also a member of SPJST Lodge #6 in Cottonwood. William enjoyed dancing, trail riding, hunting, fishing and having lunch at the West Senior Center. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. William is also preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Ray Supak; and sisters, Rosalie Veselka and Marinell Gaas. Survivors include daughters, Terry Alexander and husband Ray of Elm Mott, Cindy Snokhous and husband Tim of West, Sherry Miller and husband Tom Newton of Valley Mills, Tanya Miller of Elm Mott and Jacinda Horn and husband Kevin of Gholson; sons, Ted Miller and wife Liz of China Spring and Clifton Lambert of West; several grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Pallbearers are Justin Craig, Tom Newton, Ray Alexander, Kevin Horn, Jerry Lee Veselka and Bobby Zimmerman. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to West Senior Citizen Center or to the Baylor Scott & White Cancer Center.
