Timothy Dewayne "Tim" Watson, age 51, of Elm Mott, passed away Sunday, February 25, 2024 in Elm Mott.
A memorial visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, March 7, 2024 at Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel in West.
Tim was born January 12, 1973 in Llano, the son of Jerry Watson and Pamela Roemer. He grew up in Llano where he was raised by his Mother and Step-Father, Johnny Hawkins. Out of high school, Tim worked on the pipeline in west Texas. Tim later returned to Llano where he did concrete work in and around Llano. He put his concrete skills to work and donated his time at the Moore Complex as it was being built. Tim and his brothers were extremely close and rarely seen apart when they were growing up. If you were around for very long, you would have seen the four of them cutting up and antagonizing each other for pure enjoyment. Typically, it would result in Perry chasing Tim and shouting "you better run boy". He owned and operated T&B truck wash in Elm Mott for the last several years.
Tim enjoyed hanging out with friends around the BBQ pit and could usually be found under the hood of a car he was tinkering with. On hot summer days you could find Tim cooling off in the Llano river. Tim's personality was reserved by nature, but when he did the tight lip grin and crooked smile, you could not help but laugh at whatever joke he was telling. He enjoyed working on cars and hanging out with friends and family. Tim knew he had many challenging times, missed opportunities, and lots of losses during his lifetime. Now we are all grateful that Perry and Jason were waiting for him at the pearly gates where he can reunite with his friends and family and rest in peace for eternity.
Tim is preceded in death by his parents and brothers Perry Roemer and Jason Reese.
Survivors include his wife, Stephanie Watson; his children, Steton Watson of Plugerville, Trey Watson of Beaumont, Kaylee Watson of Temple, and Dylan Watson of Kingsland; his grandson, Micah Watson; a brother, Curtis Watson; special friend, Elizabeth Miller; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to charity of your choice.
