Stanley Pavelka

Stanley Pavelka, age 82, of West, passed away late Monday morning, June 19, 2018 at Providence Hospital in Waco. Graveside services will be held 3:30 p.m. Monday, June 25, 2018 at St. Mary's Cemetery near West, with Rev. Walter Dhanwar officiating. The family will receive visitors from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday at Aderhold Funeral Home in West. Stanley was born July 26, 1935 in McLennan County the son of the late Louis and Mary (Rejcek) Pavelka, He attended St. Mary's School. Stanley worked as a farmer his entire life. He enjoyed visiting with people and going to the West Senior Citizen Center daily to help any way he could. Survivors include his sister, Henrietta Littleton of College Station; brother-in-law, Harry Littleton; nephew, Mark Littleton and wife Shelley of Dallas; niece Victoria Littleton Poole and husband Robert of College Station; great-niece, Kasey Herzog of College Station; and other relatives and friends. Honorary pallbearers are Mark Littleton, Robert Poole, Rudolph Pavelka Johnny Pavelka, Billy Gene Pavelka, Raymond Pavelka, Frankie Pavelka, Danny Rejcek and Anton Rejcek. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Providence Hospice Place.
