Sharron Dyer

Sharon Lynn (Gaidusek) Dyer, age 58, of Robinson, passed away Friday, February 23, 2024 in Bellmead.

Graveside Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 1, 2024 at St. Mary's Cemetery near West, with Rev. Darrell Kostiha officiating. The family will receive visitors from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Aderhold Funeral Home in West.

Sharon was born May 8, 1965 in Waco, the daughter of Bernard and Elsie (Hoelscher) Gaidusek. She was a 1984 graduate of Connally High School. In 1987 she was united in marriage to Charles "Charlie" Dyer in Waco. Charlie preceded her in death in 2007. Sharon was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bellmead. She was a waitress and bartender for Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen in Waco for the past 15 years. Prior to that she worked for Marie Calendar's and was a housekeeper. Sharon enjoyed riding horses, traveling, going to the beach, grilling outdoors with her family and friends, planting flowers, and watching her garden grow. She loved taking care of her dogs, Jucie, Penny, and Frederick.

Sharon is also preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, Kathleen Lillard and Bernadine Waltisperger; a nephew, Kevin Gaidusek; a great niece, Levi Michelle Johnson; and parents-in-law, Lillard "Bud" and Joy Dyer.

Survivors include her children, Allen Gaidusek and wife Nora of West Liberty, OH and Destiny Dyer of Waco; a grandson, Colton Gaidusek; her sisters, Janice Gaidusek of Waco, Joanne Gaidusek of Robinson, and Donna Johnson and husband Roger of West; a brother, Tom Gaidusek and wife Terri of West; siblings-in-law, Joan Dyer, Jill Dyer, Jan Dyer, Robert Dyer, Darrel Dyer, and Bud Dyer; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers are Robert Cox, Dale Johnson, Ricky Johnson, David Walker, Jared Waltisperger, Darren Lang, and Daniel Lang.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Waco Humane Society.
