Ruth Landrith

Ruth C. Landrith, age 82, of West, passed away late Sunday evening, September 11, 2022 at West Rest Haven in West.

Graveside Service will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, September 16, 2022 at Bethlehem Cemetery in Whitney, with Rev. Shea Gutierrez officiating. The family will receive visitors from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.

Ruth was born June 16, 1940 in Hillsboro, the daughter of Walter and June (Alfter) Davis. She  attended schools in Hillsboro. She was a homemaker and Mother.   Ruth enjoyed putting puzzles together, reading, working "word find" puzzles, and cooking. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Ruth is preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Teresa Hopkins; and the father of her children, William "Joe" Louis Landrith.

Survivors include her children, Joe  Landrith and wife Cathy of Cash, Christine Eakright of Tavares, FL,  Kathy Hykel and husband Bobby of West, Susan Bleidt and her fiance Daryl Leboeuf of Woodway, and Larry Landrith of Abbott; her grandchildren, Mark Warren, Patrick Warren, Jerrod Landrith and wife Misty, Clint Landrith and wife Megan, Cassie Wetteland and husband Ryan, Mindy Tucker, Brandy Campbell and husband Matt, Dylan Moon, Haley Moon and fiance Aaron Coakley, Jessica Felton and husband Dave, Alan Hykel and wife Angela, Justin Perry and wife Megan, Heather Ladd and husband Matt, Hunter Bleidt, Hayden Bleidt and fiancée Allie, and Stanley Landrith; 13 great-grandchildren, Breir Kidwell, William Kidwell, Charlotte Miller, Colton Landrith, Kerri Norris and husband Dillon, Sadie Wetteland, Emma Wetteland, Bentley Morosky, Ryder Morosky, Grayson Coakley, Adaline Albers, Amelia Felton, Archer Hykel, Kaisley Perry, Jude Ladd, and Catalina Ladd; a great great granddaughter on the way, Hallie Norris; brothers, Allen Davis and wife Doris and James Davis; sister, Naney Walker and husband Denny; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to West Rest Haven Memorial Fund.

Honorary pallbearers will be her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
