Rudolph Brow

Rudolph "Rudy" Brow, age 79, of Elm Mott, passed away Friday, January 13, 2006 at his residence. Graveside services will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday at Gerald Cemetery near Leroy, with Rev. Greg Way officiating. The family will receive visitors from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Mr. Brow was born September 30, 1926 near Golinda in Falls County, the son of Czar and Lena (Alewine) Brow. He attended Cottonwood school in Falls County. On July 25, 1953 Rudy was united in marriage to Joyce Casey in Leroy. He worked for Ideal Mill Works in Waco as an electronic glue operator for over 40 years before retiring in 1990. He enjoyed gardening and cleaning his cars and trucks. Rudy was a member of the First Baptist Church in Elm Mott. His parents, one brother, and three sisters preceded him in death. Survivors include his beloved wife of 52 years, Joyce Brow of Elm Mott; a daughter, Lisa Baker and husband Jerry of Ross; two granddaughters, Melissa Baker and Jennifer Baker, both of Ross; his dog Jazz; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
