Rose Kreder

August 17, 1940 — March 19, 2025

Rose Theresa Kreder, age 84, of Lewisville, formerly of West, passed away Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at Mustang Creek Estates in Flower Mound.

A rosary will be recited 6:00 p.m. Monday at Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel, followed by visitation until 8:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption in West, with Rev. Ed Karasek as celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery.

Born on August 17, 1940, in West, Rose was the beloved daughter of Louis and Martha (Soukup) Rejcek. She graduated from West High School in 1958, ready to embrace the world with eagerness. On October 10, 1959, Rose was united in marriage to Robert "Bobby" Kreder, who would become her partner in love and life until his passing on July 2, 2007. Together, they built a family rooted in love, faith, and shared memories. Rose dedicated her career as a bookkeeper at Kreder Trucking, a role that showcased her keen mind and attention to detail. Yet, her true passion lay in the comfort of her family. A devoted mother and grandmother, she cherished every moment spent with her grandchildren, especially. She embraced each family gathering with laughter and love. She took great pride in her treasured collection of angels, symbols of her faith and hope. Rose was a long-time member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bellmead, SPJST Lodge #66, and KJZT St. Ludmila Society #11. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life-sewing, swimming, camping, and spending time with loved ones.

Rose is also preceded in death by her parents; son-in-law, Patrick Ryan; and sister-in-law, Margie Rejcek.

Survivors include her children, Lori Nors and husband Bernie of West, and Kelly Ryan of Lewisville; grandchildren, Matthew Nors and wife Tiffany, Whitney Bajer and husband Andy, Natalie McCartney and husband Tristan, Delaney Ryan, Chad Ryan, and Jacob Ryan; great grandchildren, Dub, Jax, Louis, Liam, Collins, and a baby boy on the way; brother, Eugene Rejcek and special friend, Mary Niles; nephew, Shawn Rejcek; and many other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers are Vincent Kapczynski, Ricky Grones Sr., Chad Ryan, Jacob Ryan, Greg Kozlovsky and Mark Rejcek.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Waco Humane Society of Central Texas.
