Robert Lee Cinek

Robert Lee Cinek, age 73 of West, passed away Saturday morning, July 21, 2007 at West Rest Haven in West. Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. Sunday at Kotch Funeral Home in West. Rosary will be recited at 10 a.m. Monday followed by Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary's Church of the Assumption in West; with Rev. Ed Karasek, as celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery in West. Mr. Cinek was born August 8, 1933 in McLennan County to Joseph P. Cinek and Bertha Grossman Cinek and had lived in the West area all of his life. He was a member of St. Mary's Church of the Assumption in West and KJT. Society #31. He attended Tokio and St. Mary's School in West and loved chickens and enjoyed selling eggs. Mr. Cinek was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Henry and Alfons Cinek; four sisters Hattie Sulak, Ida Dolezal, Vlasta Rejcek and Willie Mae Neckar. He is survived by his brother Ervin Cinek of West; a sister Irene Pustejovsky and husband John of Arlington and several nieces and nephews. Acitve Pallbearers will be Eugene Dolezal, Frank Cinek, Alfons Cinek Jr., Richard Pustejovsky, Pat Jaska and Charles Ray Sulak. Memorials may be made to St. Mary's Parish Center in West.
