Rita Hennig

Rita Hennig, age 56, of Penelope, passed away late Saturday, June 21, 2008, near Leroy, from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident. A rosary will be recited at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Aderhold Funeral Home in West, followed by visitation until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at Aderhold Funeral Home, with Rev. Ed Karasek officiating. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery near West. Rita was born on January 2, 1952 in Mexico. On December 10, 2001, she was united in marriage to Anthony Albert Hennig in Hillsboro. She worked as a professional housekeeper. Rita enjoyed quilting, gardening, playing bingo, dominoes', cooking, and taking care of her family. Survivors include her beloved husband of six years, Anthony Hennig of Penelope; her mother, Rosa Comacho; many brothers and sisters; and several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
