Rhonda Blanchard Padgett, age 58, of Peoria, passed away Tuesday morning, March 25, 2025 at her residence.
Memorial Service will be held 12 noon Saturday, May 10, 2025 at KC Hall near West, with John Callaway officiating, followed by a reception. The family will receive visitors from 11:00 a.m. Saturday until service time at the hall.
Rhonda was born October 3, 1966 in Waco, the daughter of Ronnie and Linda (Mynar) McWilliams. She was a 1985 graduate of Connally High School and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Midwestern State University. On January 9, 2013 she was united in marriage to Brian Padgett in Hillsboro. Rhonda attended St. Martin's Catholic Church in Tours. She was a Special Education Teacher at West Independent School for many years. Rhonda enjoyed watching Dr. Phil, reading, sitting outside and watching the birds, cheering on the Dallas Cowboys, and playing sports in her younger days. She loved spending time with her granddaughter, Raelyn, who was the light of her life.
Rhonda is preceded in death by her parents, and Todd Blanchard.
Survivors include her beloved husband 12 years, Brian Padgett of Peoria; her daughter, Lindsey Blanchard; her granddaughter, Raelyn Murphy; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
