Patsy Ellen Wahl

Patsy Ellen Wahl, age 66, of West, passed away Friday evening, August 18, 2006 at her residence. Graveside services will be held 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Holy Cross Cemetery in San Antonio. The address is 17501 Nacogdoches Road, San Antonio, Texas 78266. The family will receive visitors from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Monday at Aderhold Funeral Home in West. Mrs. Wahl was born on May 3, 1940 in Bexar County, Texas, the daughter of Emil and Marie (Dinscore) Merz Jr. She graduated from San Antonio High School and then met and married Abraham "Abe" Lincoln Wahl on December 18, 1958 in San Antonio. He preceded her in death on March 5, 2004. She worked together with her husband in managing several of the Stuckey's Restaurants until her retirement in 1995. She also had worked for Spinners in West. Patsy loved to work in the yard and enjoyed gardening. Survivors include one daughter, Debra Kinser and husband Glenn of Tampa, Florida; two brothers, Roy Kaiser of Ft. Worth and Eddie Joe Kaiser of Atlanta, Tx; two sisters, Joy Powers of West and Kathy Serenbetz of DeRidder; and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
