Michael Ray Terral

Michael Ray Terral, age 9, of West, passed away Monday, August 27, 2007 in Ft. Worth. Funeral services will be held 3:30 p.m. Friday at Antioch Community Church, 505 N. 20th St. in Waco, with Rev. Timothy Vavarek and Rev. Rex Bland officiating. Burial will follow at Moore Cemetery near Chalk Bluff. The family will receive visitors from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Michael was born on December 30, 1997 in Waco, the son of Dustin and Jennifer (Breen) Terral. He would have been in the third grade at West Elementary. Michael loved to play all sports and enjoyed going to the ball field. He also enjoyed watching movies, going riding, and shopping at Wal-Mart, but most of all he loved spending time with his brother and sister, Kassie and Eric. Michael was a special needs child, born with a very rare genetic disorder. He was a member of the Choctaw Indian Tribe. His grandmother Ozella Breen precedes him in death. Survivors include his parents, Dustin and Jennifer Terral of West; maternal grandfather, Joe Breen of Chalk Bluff; paternal grandfather, Joe Terral of Whitney; paternal grandmother, Lara Fletcher of Robinson; great-grandparents, Joe and Marie Terral of Axtell; one brother, Eric Joseph Terral of West; one sister, Kassie Marie Terral of West; his uncle, Bobby Breen of Bellmead; several other relatives, and friends. Pallbearers are Michael Hammond, Jeff Prachyl, Lewis Castlow, Shane Christian, Richard Pavelka and Bobby Breen. Honorary pallbearers are members of West EMS. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the West Youth Baseball/Softball League. The family would like to send a special thank you to Dr. Floyd Barry Hillcrest Baptist Center 9B Staff, Scott & White Hospital in Temple, UT Medical Center in Houston, Cook Children's Hospital in Ft. Worth Pedi ICU, MSN Home Health, Trudy Speer, and Interim Home Health for taking care of our baby.
