Mary Sue Bilbo, age 79, of West, passed away early Saturday morning, December 26, 2020 at her residence after a short battle with cancer. Funeral Service will be held 10:00 a.m. Monday, January 4, 2021 at the First Baptist Church in West, with Dr. John Crowder officiating. Graveside services will be held 12 noon Monday at Valley Mills Cemetery . The family will receive visitors from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Sunday at Aderhold Funeral Home. Very limited capacity, facial masks, and social distancing are required at all services. LIVE STREAM of service will be provided. Sue was born September 7, 1941 in Temple, the daughter of E.C. and Eulala (Wigginton) Kiser. She attended schools in Temple. Sue worked for Plantation Foods in Waco where she met Jimmy and on July 5, 1975 they were united in marriage in Waco. Sue was a faithful member of the First Baptist Church in West where she was the office secretary. Sue also worked for the US Department of Agriculture, West Rest Haven, and Aderhold Funeral Home for many years. She was a member of the West Volunteer Ambulance Association and enjoyed sewing and quilting. Taking care of her grandchildren and great grandchildren was what she loved more than anything. Sue is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Donald Kiser and James Kiser; sisters, Nina Cummings, Leta Hinton, and Laura Williamson; three great granddaughters; a nephew; and a son-in-law. Survivors include her beloved husband of 45 years, Jimmy Bilbo of West; six children, Gail Sue Wood of Bruceville, Blake Harcrow and wife Liz of Lorena, Sarah May of Moody, Betty Jo Jordan of West, Jerry Bilbo and wife Lela of Reno, NV, and Donald Bilbo and wife Ali of Murfreesboro, TN; 14 grandchildren; 14 great grandchilden; a great great grandson; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Active pallbearers are Corbin Willett, C.J. Bailey, Garrett Vergari, Steven Willett, Chris Bailey, Edward Fuentes, Zack Dawson, Brant Lyon and Alvin Soukup. Honorary pallbearers are Brandon Harcrow. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to West Volunteer Ambulance Association or the First Baptist Church of West Building Fund.
