Mary Rose (Marcott) Bullard, age 73, of Laguna Park, passed away late Friday night, November 15, 2013 in Waco. Graveside services will be held 3:00 p.m. Tuesday at Bold Springs Cemetery near West, with Rev. Terry McElrath officiating. The family will receive visitors at Aderhold Funeral Home from 2:00 p.m. Tuesday until service time. Mary was born July 20, 1940 in Tokio, the daughter of Roy Victor and Jessie Mae (Carr) Marcott. She attended schools in Tokio and West. On June 19, 1981, Mary was united in marriage to Earl Bullard in Waco. She was a candy operator for M&M Mars in Waco for over 20 years until her retirement in 1993. Mary was a Baptist. She loved camping, fishing, travelling and all outdoor activities. She especially loved spending time with her family. Mary is preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Floyd V. Marcott; and a sister, Jewel Bruner. Survivors include her loving husband of 32 years, Earl Bullard of Laguna Park; three sons, Gene Holecek of China Spring, Michael Holecek Sr. and wife Carla of Speegleville, and Eddy Ray Holecek and wife Kim of Gholson; a daughter, Michelle Flores Staley and husband John of Hewitt; a step-son, Daryle Bullard and wife Donna of Crawford; a sister, Marie Colvin and husband Danny; a sister-in-law, June Marcott; 11 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Active pallbearers are grandsons, Reece Dillon, Dallas Flores, Austin Flores, Michael Holecek Jr., Jacob Holecek, Zachary Holecek and Dustin Holecek. Honorary pallbearers are Coby Dillon, Cash Kultgen and Derek Bullard. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation or to the charity of your choice.
