Marvin "Sonny" Lucien, age 77, of Waco, passed away early Sunday afternoon, February 17, 2008 at Woodland Springs Nursing Home in Waco. A rosary will be recited 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday at Aderhold Funeral Home, followed by a visitation until 8:00 p.m. Graveside services will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at St. Martin's Cemetery near Tours, with Msgr. Isidore Rozycki officiating. Military Graveside Rites will be conducted by West V.F.W. Post 4819. Mr. Lucien was born on April 17, 1930 in Tours, the son of Rose Lucien. He attended school in the Tours area. In serving his country, he joined the United States Army and served during World War II. He worked as a roofing contractor for Brown and Root Contractors in Houston until his retirement. Marvin loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, hunting, watching baseball on television, and playing dominoes. His mother precedes him in death. Survivors include one son, Melvin D. Coleman and wife Debbie of West; one daughter, Debbie Pustejovsky and husband Ralph of West; three grandchildren, Lance Coleman, Nichole Coleman, and J. D. Feltgen and wife Penny; one great-grandson, Austin Feltgen; and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Honorary pallbearers will be Ronnie Lucien, Dennis Debbendener, Raymond Lucien, Richard Lucien, Lance Coleman, and J. D. Feltgen. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to West Ambulance Association.
