Maria Perez

Maria Yesenia Perez, age 32, of West, passed away early Friday, February 12, 2021 at her residence. The family will receive visitors from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, February 19, 2021 at Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel in West. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 20, 2021 at St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption in West, with Rev. Timothy Vaverek as celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery. Very limited capacity, facial masks, and social distancing are required at all services. Maria was born February 5, 1989 in Sonbrerete, Mexico the daughter of Telesforo and Isidra (Flores) Perez. She attended schools in West and was a 2008 graduate of West High School, where she played basketball. Maria was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption in West. She worked for Czech Stop and Subway in West for many years. Maria enjoyed playing basketball, babysitting, and watching movies with her nieces and nephews. She was always known as someone who cared for others, to have a smile on her face and would do anything she could to be helpful. Survivors include her parents, Telesforo and Isidra Perez; her grand mother, Carlota Perez; three brothers, Alfonso Perez and wife Olivia, Luis Perez and wife Jaquelina, and Jose Perez; a sister, Maria Dominguez and husband Roman; her nieces and nephews, Isabel Perez, Deven Perez, Marion Perez, Aaliyah Perez, Luis Perez, Sebastian Perez, Mateo Perez, Kayla Perez, Adriana Dominguez, Yuret Dominguez, and Natalia Dominguez; and many other relatives and friends. Pallbearers are Roman Dominguez, Alfonso Perez, Jose Perez, Miguel Castaneda, Luis Perez, Luis Villegas and Humberto Flores.
