Margaret L. Nemec

Margaret L. Nemec, age 92 of West, passed away Wednesday morning, June 7, 2006 in a Waco hospital. Rosary and Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Friday, June 9, 2006 at St. Mary's Church of the Assumption in West; with Rev. Ed Karasek, as celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery in West. Mrs. Nemec was born October 19, 1913 in West and had lived in the West area all of her life. She was a member of St. Mary's Church of the Assumption and K.J.Z.T. Society #11 of West. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and enjoyed gardening, cooking and canning. Mrs. Nemec is survived by three sons, Louis J. Nemec and wife Luritha and Charles J. Nemec and wife Marsha all of West, Thomas P. Nemec and wife Linda of Taylor; two brothers Joe Holy Jr. and wife Lorene and Charlie Holy and wife Theresa all of West; two sisters, Wilma Kaluza and Martha Sinkule both of West; fourteen grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Active Pallbearers are David Nemec, James Nemec, Chris Nemec, Michael Nemec, Jimmy Sinkule and John Kaluza. The family will receive visitors from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday at Kotch Funeral Home in West. Memorials may be made to St. Mary's Parish Center in West.
