Margaret Kramolis

Margaret Kramolis, age 79, of Abbott, passed away early Wednesday morning, July 8, 2020 at Providence Hospice Place in Waco. A rosary will be recited and funeral service held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, July 10, 2020 at Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Ed Karasek officiating. (Capacity limited to 75 people in attendance, with masks and social distancing required). LIVE STREAM of rosary and service will be provided. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery near West. Mrs. Kramolis will lie-in-state 1:00 to 6:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Margaret was born March 22, 1941 in Menlow, the daughter of Louis and Clara (Urban) Janda. She attended school in Abbott. On September 3, 1958 she was united in marriage to Jerry Kramolis in Waco. Jerry preceded her in death on January 18, 2002. Margaret was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption in West. She was a mother and homemaker. Margaret enjoyed taking care of her dog "Sassy", talking on the phone with family and friends, attending and hosting family gatherings, canning her pickles and jelly, cooking and baking, and Sunday rides in the country with her husband. She was very proud of her grandchildren and great granddaughter and loved spending time with them. Margaret is also preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Louis Janda Jr.; and sisters, Joyce Kostohryz and Joanna Kruger. Survivors include her children, Linda Herrell and husband Charles of Abbott, Jerry Don "Donnie" Kramolis and wife Liz of Arlington, Gary Kramolis of West, and Brenda Kocurek and husband John of Whitney; her grandchildren, Jason Herrell and wife Shannon, Jennifer Miller and husband Brett, Derek Kramolis, Erica Young and husband Cody, and Dylan Kramolis; her great granddaughter, Jacalyn Herrell; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Active pallbearers are Jason Herrell, Derek Kramolis, Dylan Kramolis, Randy Matus, Sean Kostohryz, Kyle Kruger, Paul Cepak, and Terry Kramolis. Honorary pallbearers are Jennifer Miller, Erica Young, Lauren Burrow, Eric Kostohryz, Tammie Holecek, Shannon Herrell, Jacalyn Herrell, Liz Kramolis and John Kocurek.
