Logan Ryder Vaughn Griffin

Logan "Lolo" Ryder Vaughn Griffin, age 3, of Gholson, passed away late Monday afternoon, June 4, 2018 at his residence. Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 8, 2018 at Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Todd Pick officiating. Burial will follow at Gholson cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Logan was born January 9, 2015 in Waco, the son of Denvil Vaughn Griffin and Teresa Clark Noey. He attended school in Aquilla. Logan loved counting, singing, swimming, puzzles, running around and spinning metal bowls. He also enjoyed Paw Patrol, Puppy Dog Pals, Mickey Mouse, playing on his tablet and Lay's potato chips. He also loved spending time with "Nana" and his family. Logan is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, B.J. Clark; maternal great grandparents, Richard and Liddie Bell Clark and Lois and Arthur Fulford; paternal great-grandfather, Donald Lee Wilson; and paternal great grandparents, Winfred and Glenda Griffin. Survivors include his parents, Vaughn Griffin and Teresa Noey of Gholson; paternal grandparents, Dalene and James Thomas and Denvil and Vonda Griffin; maternal grandmother, Ruth "Nana" Clark; paternal great-grandmother, Bethene "Nana" Wilson; brothers, Justin Noey and Tyler Shriver; sisters, Izzy Lozano and Bella Clark; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Active pallbearers are Justin Noey, Makayla Matus, Kenneth Griffin and Lance Griffin. Honorary pallbearers Tyler Shriver, Bobby Clark, T. J. Heffernan, James Thomas, Denvil Griffin, Izzy Lozano, Scott Griffin and Bella Clark. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to an Education Fund for Logan's Brothers and Sisters.
