Kenneth D. Taylor

Kenneth D. Taylor, age 81, of Bynum, passed away late Wednesday evening November 8, 2017 at Homestead Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Hillsboro. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 11, 2017 at the Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel in West, with Rev. Phil Hunt officiating. Burial will follow at West Brethren Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Kenneth was born September 25, 1936 in Hill County, the son of James C. and Julia (Jennings) Taylor. He was a 1955 graduate of Milford High School. Kenneth served his country with the United State Air Force Reserves. On April 6, 1957 he was united in marriage to Martha Ann Marek in Hillsboro. Kenneth was a truck driver for D.L. Williams Wood Products in Hillsboro for many years. He led the Bread of Life Mobile Ministry in several areas including the I-35 Chapel in Abbott. Kenneth enjoyed fishing, boating, BBQing and visiting with people. He loved witnessing for Jesus and spending time with family, especially his grandchildren. Kenneth is preceded in death by his parents; and infant children, Linda Lou and Ricky Dale Taylor. Survivors include his beloved wife of 60 years, Martha Taylor of Bynum; daughters, Brenda Baranowski and husband Walter of San Angelo, Tammie Crawshaw and husband George of West and Kim Orr and husband Jamey of Elgin; a sister, Betty Rankin and husband John; 9 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, truck drivers and friends. Pallbearers are Daniel Orr, Clint Crawshaw, J.T. Orr, Nate Baranowski, Joshua Orr and Mark Baranowski. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Grace City Church, P.O.
