Karl Strom

Karl Strom, age 60, of West, passed away Friday, November 10, 2023 in Waco.

A Memorial Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at Aderhold Funeral Home in West.

Karl was born February 23, 1963 in San Antonio, the son of Wesley and Betty Lou (Kalka) Strom. He attended trade school in his teenage years. On April 1, 2000 was united in marriage to Joanna Keplinger in Waco. Together they had three boys. Joanna preceded him in death on May 31, 2022. Karl was a mechanic and spent time working on cars, both for a living and for his leisure time. He enjoyed listening to rock music, fishing, and anything outdoors. He loved spending time with his family, especially his sons.

Karl is preceded in death by his parents; his wife; and a brother, David Strom.

Survivors include his sons, Eric Strom, Joshua Strom, and Jeremy Strom, all of West; a brother, Wes Strom; a niece, Caitlyn Strom; and many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to his children to help with expenses due to the loss of both of their parents.
