Joshua Fredette

Joshua Ray Fredette, age 39, of Hewitt, passed away early Saturday afternoon, August 31, 2024 at Baylor Scott and White Hillcrest Hospital in Waco.

A Memorial Service will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 7, 2024 at Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel in West, with Pastor Sean Grace officiating. Military Honors will be conducted by the West Veterans Honor Guard. The family will receive visitors from 12:00 noon until service time Saturday at the funeral home.

Joshua was born December 8, 1984 in St. Albans, Vermont, the son of David and Andrea (Smith) Fredette. He attended school in China Spring and was a 2002  graduate of China Spring High School. Joshua proudly served his country with the United States Army National Guard. He was currently filling orders in the warehouse for Caterpillar Incorporated in Waco. Joshua enjoyed playing Final Fantasy and walking in nature. He loved spending time with his family, especially his children.

Survivors include his parents, Andrea and David Fredette, Sr. of Mars Hill, Maine; his children, Katelyn Schofield, Serenity Fredette, and Sky Fredette, all of Hewitt; a brother, David Fredette Jr and wife Becki of Loveland, Colorado; his sisters, Trish Grace and husband Sean of Greenville, and Lindsay Doughty and husband Ryan of Presque Isle, Maine; the mother of his children, Stacey Fredette-Washer of  Hewitt; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a Scholarship Fund for His Children.
