John Graham

John Graham, age 50, of Lake Whitney, formerly of West, passed away early Saturday afternoon, October 7, 2023 at his residence after a long battle with cancer.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 12, 2023 at Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel in West, with Arthur Mozon officiating. The family will receive visitors from 1:00 p.m. until service time Thursday at the funeral home.

John was born July 20, 1973 in Pasadena, the son of Ronald and Mary (McCallum) Graham. He was a 1992 graduate of Waco High School. On September 7, 1996 he was united in marriage to Cindy Harrison in Elm Mott. He was a member of the H.O.G.'s (Harley Owners Group). John was the maintenance director for Brookhaven Youth Ranch in West for many years. He enjoyed riding his Harley, collecting guns and working on hot rods and cars.

John is preceded in death by his father, Ronald Graham; his grandparents, Hubert and Mary McCallum and JW and Maxine Graham; and his father-in-law, Charles Harrison.

Survivors include his beloved wife of 27 years, Cindy Harrison Graham of Lake Whitney; his mother, Mary Graham of Hollywood, SC; his children, Brittany Bryant of Taylorsville, NC, Aubrey McClain of Aquilla, and Breana Rodriguez of West; two grandsons, James and Bryan McClain; his mother-in-law, Linda Harrison Goates; a sister, Amanda Graham Broach and husband David; two brothers, Joshua McCallum and Lance Graham and his wife Colleen; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Nick Schwedock, Dr. Joshua Wesley, Dr. Paul Smith, and to the entire Baylor Scott & White Hillcrest Palliative Care Team. Also to Michelle at Halcycon Home Health, Patty at Community Health Care of Texas, and Providence Hospice Place. The level of care, compassion, and support is unforgettable and greatly appreciated.
