Joann Kyle

JoAnn (Campbell) Kyle, age 79, formerly of Birome, passed away Thursday, November 10, 2016 in Nacogdoches. Graveside services will be held 11 am Saturday, November 12, 2016 at Fairview Cemetery in Hubbard. JoAnn was born September 3, 1937 in Birome, the daughter of the late Fred D. and Vivian (Twitty) Campbell. She was a graduate of Penelope High School Class of 1955 and attended Business School in Waco. JoAnn was a homemaker, Mother and a 73 year survivor of polio. She was a former member of the Birome Methodist Church. She enjoyed writing stories, sewing and playing the piano. Survivors include her daughters, Debbie Wiles and husband Russell of Fairhope, AL and Sue Ann Decker and husband Richard of Sterling, VA; a sister, Sue Couch and husband Bruce; grandchildren, Brent Wiles and wife Rose, Rebecca Dawson, Laurie Ludi and husband Jake and Skyelar Decker; great grandchildren, Vivian, Cooper, Aubrey and Jackson; and several other relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her memory to the Scottish Rite Children's Hospital in Dallas or the Birome Community Center (175 FM 308, Birome, TX 76673).
