Jessie Lee "Prissie" Zbranek

Jessie Lee "Prissie" Zbranek, age 70, of West, passed away late Sunday afternoon, July 5, 2020 at her residence. Prissie's wishes were that her urn be laid to rest near her parents at Hamilton Cemetery. Prissie was born November 26, 1949 in Whitney, the daughter of Jessie and Effie (Rolan) Ratliff. She was a 1968 graduate of Hungerford High School. On October 14, 1967 she was united in marriage to Larry Zbranek in Hamilton. Prissie was a mother and homemaker and worked for the Veterans Of Foreign Wars Post #4819 in West. She enjoyed reading books and spending time with family. Prissie is preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Jessie Lee Ratliff; and brothers, Clarence, Bobby and Jessie Ratliff Jr. Survivors include her beloved husband of 53 years, Larry Zbranek of West; her son, Larry Zbranek Jr and wife Jennifer of Milford; her grandson, Tyler Zbranek; her brothers, Joe Ratliff and wife Judy, John Ratliff and wife Teresa, Isaac Ratliff and wife Carolyn; a nephew, Dennis Zbranek Jr.; a great nephew, Zane Zbranek; her dogs, Bebe and Meme; and many other relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
