Jennifer J. Horn

Jennifer J. Horn, age 52, of West, passed away early Thursday morning, August 10, 2017 at Baylor Scott & White Hospital in Waco. The family will receive visitors 11:00 a.m. Friday at Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside services will be held 12 noon, Friday, August 11, 2017 at Gerald Cemetery near Leroy, with Rev. Carl Jennings officiating. Jennifer was born October 18, 1964 in Waco, the daughter of the late Jim and Joyce (Schrank) Horn. She attended the Waco Regional School For the Deaf and was a graduate of Jefferson Moore High School. She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Waco. Jennifer enjoyed watching movies, working crossword puzzles and putting jigsaw puzzles together. She especially loved visiting with her aunts, uncles and cousins. Survivors include her sister, Jacqueline Uptmore and husband John; niece, Lorelei Uptmore; nephews, Buchanan Uptmore and wife Katelyn and Kyle Uptmore; aunts, Betty Foster, Carolyn Horn and Ann Schrank; uncle, E.E. Schrank and wife Nelda; and many other relatives. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church Choir.
