Freddie Pavlas

Alfred R. "Freddie" Pavlas, age 54, of Temple, formerly of West and Gholson, passed away Monday, August 28, 2023 at his residence.

Per his wishes, no services will be held.

Freddie was born May 29, 1969 in Hillsboro. He attended schools in West and was a 1987 graduate of West High School. Freddie was a member of SPJST Lodge #54 and a former member of the Gholson Volunteer Fire Department. He worked in the shipping and receiving department for Reynolds Consumer Products in Temple for many years. Freddie enjoyed fishing, hunting, attending rodeos, camping, dirt track racing, and all outdoor activities. He also enjoyed spending time with those he loved.

Freddie is preceded in death by his parents, Alfred J. "Freddie" and Bonnie (Southward) Pavlas.

Survivors include, Garrett, Parker, and Ashlynn Pavlas; and many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Gholson Volunteer Fire Department.
