Ervin Bernard Cinek, age 91, of West, passed away early Friday morning, April 3, 2020 at West Rest Haven in West. Private Graveside Services will be held Monday at St. Mary's Cemetery in West, with Deacon Ronnie Sykora officiating. Mr. Cinek will lie-in-state Sunday from 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m. at Aderhold Funeral Home. Ervin was born September 26, 1928 near West, the son of Joseph and Bertha (Grossman) Cinek. He attended the Old Tokio School. Ervin was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption in West. He was also a member of KJT Society #31 in West. Ervin was a lifelong farmer before retiring. He enjoyed raising and selling chickens, eggs and vegetables. Ervin is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Alfons Cinek, Henry Cinek, Robert Cinek, and infant, Raymond Cinek; and sisters, Hattie Sulak, Ida Dolezal, Wilma Adamcik Neckar, Vlasta Rejcek and Irene Pustejovsky. Survivors include his caregiver, Nancy Vidrine of West; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption in West Building Fund.
