Eleanor Dulak

Mrs. Eleanor Dulak, age 84 of Waco, passed away Wednesday morning, February 21, 2007 at her residence. Rosary will be recited 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Martin's Catholic Church in Tours, by Msgr. Isidore Rozycki; followed by Mass of Christian Burial with Rev. Michael Lyons, as celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Martin's Cemetery in Tours. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday at Kotch Funeral Home in West. Mrs. Dulak was born May 22, 1922 at Tours to S.W. Winkler and Janie Kasberg Winkler. She had lived in West for a number of years and had been a resident of Waco for the past thirty five years. Mrs. Eleanor Dulak, the former Miss Winkler, married August J. Dulak, August 18, 1940 at Tours and he preceded her in death on January 20, 1999. She was also preceded in death by her two brothers, Chris W. Winkler and Dan Winkler; two sisters, Tracie Muras and Lillie Dulak and a grand son-in-law Steven Morales. She was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church in Waco and the St. Veronica Society. Mrs. Dulak had been previously employed at Lorch and Wolf Manufacturing Company for several years as a seamstress. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Albina Patterson and husband Tommy of Waco; a sister, Mrs. Christine Fryer and husband Roland of Waco; two sisters-in-law; Lena Winkler and Doris Winkler both of Waco, two grandchildren, Karen Morales and Curtis Ray Patterson and wife Beverly; six great-grandchildren; Curtis Patterson, Patrick Patterson, Eric Morales, Gabrielle Morales, Lucan Morales and Tessa Morales. Active Pallbearers are Ernest Ray Dulak, Mark Winkler, Paul Muras, Calvin Baker, Frank Dulak Jr., Jimmy Nall, Larry Witzsche and Joe Sinkule. Honorary Pallbearers are her six great-grandchildren. Memorials may be made to St. Martin's Cemetery Association of Tours. Kotch Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
