Donna Scott

Donna "Chee Chee" Scott, age 70, of Leroy, passed away early Sunday morning, November 18, 2018 at her residence. Memorial Service will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 23, 2018 at Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel in West. The family will receive visitors from 1:00 p.m. Friday until service time at the funeral home. Donna was born July 20, 1948 in Lawton, Oklahoma, the daughter of the late David and Billie (Nichols) Casey. She was a graduate of Pearl City High School in Honolulu. On March 21, 1985 she was united in marriage to Ted Scott in Clinton, Iowa. Ted preceded her in death on November 29, 1997. Donna was a homemaker, wife and mother. She also worked for the United States Army for 23 years in Rock Island, Illinois. Donna enjoyed doing crafts, cooking, fishing and traveling. She was known as an "Amazing person". Survivors include her daughters, Colleen Green of West, Kathleen and Ralph Lindgron of Lakeland, FL, and Christa Groves of Leroy; a sister, Ann Casey; three brothers, David J. Casey and wife Lynn, Stephen M. Casey and wife Tina, and Larry K. Casey and wife Mitsy; nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Humane Society of Central Texas or West Rest Haven.
