David Lindeman, age 78, of Mansfield, passed away Saturday afternoon, November 7, 2020 at Methodist Mansfield Medical Center in Mansfield. Graveside Service will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, November 13, 2020 at West Brethren Cemetery, with Brother Gerry Davis officiating. The family will receive visitors from 12:00 noon until service time Friday at Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel in West. Limited capacity, facial masks and social distancing are required at all services. David was born November 10, 1941 in McGregor, the son of Weldon and Martha (Smith) Lindeman. He was a graduate of Birdville High School in Haltom City. On January 17, 1981 he was united in marriage to Betty Chupik in Grapevine. Betty preceded him in death on December 16, 2016. David worked in sales for a metal parts company and later started his own machine shop in Flower Mound. He enjoyed cooking, hot rods, cars, going to the lake and boating. David loved spending time with his family and his cat, "Simba". He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. David is also preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Wesley Lindeman. Survivors include his sisters, Mary Renfro and husband Terry and Marty Link and husband Michael; a brother, Willie Lindeman and wife Terri; a sister-in-law, Carol Pekar; brothers-in-law, John Chupik and wife Charlotte, Stephen Chupik, and Jimmy Chupik and wife Joan; his nephews, Chad Renfro and wife Ginger, Dusty Renfro and wife Bundy, Tim Corder, and Todd Corder and partner Brian; nieces, Rosanne Lindeman, Angie Lindeman and Breana Corder; and many other relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to West Brethren Cemetery.
