Cynthia Karlik Reeves

Cynthia (Karlik) Reeves, age 62, of West, passed away early Friday morning, August 7, 2015 at Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple. Memorial services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 21, 2015 at Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel in West. Cynthia was born December 4, 1952 in Waco, the daughter of the late Edward and Rosalie (Hykel) Karlik. She attended St. Mary's School and West High School. Cynthia built mail sorting machines for Electricom, Inc. in Arlington and worked for Nurses Unlimited Home Health in Waco. She enjoyed cooking, deer hunting with her brothers and gardening. she especially loved spending time with family and attending family fish fry's at Lake Whitney every 4th of July. Cynthia is preceded in death by her parents; and two sisters-in-law, Joyce Karlik and Becky Karlik. Survivors include six brothers, Jerry Karlik and wife Patricia, Patrick Karlik and wife Linda, Kenneth Karlik, Richard Karlik and wife Cindy, Dennis Karlik and Steven Karlik; good friends, Sarie Graetz and Cindy Munger; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the West Volunteer Ambulance Association.
