Connie Taylor

Connie Taylor, age 59, of Aquilla, passed away early Thursday morning, May 7, 2015 at Providence Health Center in Waco. Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday at Gholson Cemetery with Rev. Chris Silva officiating. Connie was born January 1, 1956 in Ft. Worth, the daughter of Lester and Johnnie (Smith) Bass. She attended schools in Ft. Worth. On March 1, 1995, she was united in marriage to Chris Taylor in Waco. Connie was a homemaker and Mother. She enjoyed reading and taking care of her horses and dogs. She especially loved spending time with her family. Connie is preceded in death by her parents; a son, Timothy Watson; and a daughter, Suzanne Watson. Survivors include her husband, Chris Taylor of Aquilla; two daughters, Brandy Dyer and Katrina Easterwood; four sons, David Self, Ronnie Dyer, Clifford Bowden and Robert O'Brien; two brothers, Gary Bass and Michael Bass; three sisters, Pamela Bass, Robin Bass and Paula Roswell; ten grandchildren; a great grandson; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Pallbearers are Rob O'Brien, Chris O'Brien, Terry Taylor, Jr., Sam Hamrick. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to help with expenses.
