Brad Pullin

October 2, 1981 — February 21, 2024

Brad Wilson Pullin, age 42, of Waco, was born October 2, 1981 and left this earthly life on February 21, 2024 in Waco.

Memorial Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 2, 2024 at Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel in West, with Rachel Swain officiating. The family will receive visitors from 10:00 a.m until service time Saturday at the funeral home. Brad will be laid to rest at a later date at White Rock Cemetery near Ross.

Brad was a beloved son, brother, dad, and grandpa. He never wanted to be defined by his life choices or mistakes, and even though that was a part of his story, he will be remembered for being a good man, with a big heart, that we all loved so very much. Brad was always a hard, dependable worker that gave 100% to any job he held, most recently in the four years he was at Lipsitz. A few of his favorite things included sports, the casino, good food, and his family. Brad was an avid football fan. He kept up with the players, teams, and stats. He loved the Dallas Cowboys even though he would quit them one week, only to come back and support them the next. WinStar was one of his favorite places and he even had some moderate success about a month ago and was ready to return since he had “figured out the roulette table.” Brad looked forward to Sunday breakfast dates with his dad. They enjoyed breakfast at every restaurant in Waco. He loved his boys, his niece, and his grandson Brantley. Brantley always looked forward to spending time with Grandpa and Brad felt the same. They enjoyed playing board and card games even though they always had a debate on who the winner was. Brad will be remembered for his shining blue eyes, that he passed on to all his boys, his “smirk” that he showed us so often, his love and appreciation for his Mama’s home cooking, & his pride in his family. Brad faced struggles to “be free” and in the end, his dependency won, but we will hold close all the good times and beautiful memories we shared. Now go rest in peace Ol’ Bud.

Brad is preceded in death by his grandparents, Jack & Faye Dell Clements and Toby & Johnny Pullin; uncles, Larry and Bobby Clements; and a cousin, Tara Schulze.

Brad is survived by his parents, Dan & Gayle Pullin; children, Devin Pullin (Laurynn) & Cason Pullin; the mother of his sons, Amber Dyer; sister, Amy Williams (Freddie); a niece, Laynie Grisham (Romeo); his grandson, Brantley Pullin; aunts, Jan Patterson, Beth Roberts, & Diana Blakley; and cousins, Jason Clements (Jill), Jared Clements (Kristin), Tiffany Clements (Dennis), and Amanda Patterson.
