Ann Pavlas Walls

Ann (Pavlas) Walls, of West, passed away early Thursday morning, July 14, 2016 at Baylor Scott & White Hospital in Waco. Memorials services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 16, 2016 at Aderhold Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Todd Ewing officiating. Ann was born October 14, 1962 in Ft. Worth, the daughter of Alvin F. and Mary (Kaska) Pavlas. She attended St. Mary's School, West Elementary and West High School. Ann worked for Czech Stop in West for many years. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church of the Assumption. Ann enjoyed attending AC/DC and ZZ Top concerts with her daughter. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren. Ann is preceded in death by her parents and grandparents, Albin and Sophie Pavlas and Joe and Mary Kaska. Survivors include her daughters, Amber Chowning and husband Jason of Lubbock and Ashley Wachsmann and husband Casey of West; a brother, Danny Pavlas and wife Rhonda; a sister, Betty Orler and husband Phil; grandchildren, Christina, J.R., Kyle, C.J., James, Alyssa and Erika; niece and nephews, Jared, Josh, Jake, Justin, Kalyn and Ethan; and several other relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the West Tree of Life Women's Center.
