Bobby Gene Lichnovsky

Bobby Gene Lichnovsky, age 67 of West, passed away Sunday evening, May 14, 2006 in a Waco nursing home. Graveside Service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at Bold Springs Cemetery near West; with Rev. Ann Hitt, officiating. Mr. Lichnovsky was born June 11, 1938 in West to John Lichnovsky and Sophie Sulak Lichnovsky, and had lived in the West area most of his life. He attended the Alligator School in West and West High School, and than joined the US Air Force and was stationed in Greenland. He was employed with the City of Waco in Maintenance for several years. Mr. Lichnovsky was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Ernest Lichnovsky and sister Lillie Owens. Survivors include three brothers, Albin Lichnovsky of Waco, Billy Lichnovsky and wife Erika of China Spring and George Lichnovsky and wife Faye of Sherman, Texas and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 6 until 8 p.m. Wednesday at Kotch Funeral Home in West.
